I am delighted to finally announce the addition of a critical member of Team TVD, seen front and center in the photo with the sparkling eyes and dark hair. Kimberley Burgan accepted the position of Front Desk Concierge in early May, bringing with her 20 years of experience in healthcare. Kimberley is not only a skilled administrator, she’s also a Certified Medical Assistant. But it wasn’t just her resume and recommendations that impressed us — it was her warmth and humor that let us know she’d be the perfect addition to our team. And after a three month search, it’s no small thing to be able to say Kimberley was worth the wait.
I’d be remiss in not also acknowledging the other members of The Village Doctor Staff. Throughout those three months the Medical Assistants: Kimmie, Jennifer, and Christie continued to manage their patients’ clinical care without missing a beat while sharing the front desk. Their seamless teamwork gave us time to find their perfect complement. It’s a privilege to work with these four professional Women of WOW!
