It’s May! A month of sunshine, flowers, senior proms, and graduations! Many of our TVD “babies” are now off to college. Where does the time go? As I am reminded about the passage of time, let me remind you to not forget about “you” during these busy times. As the empty nests loom, TVD wants you to enjoy those years fit, healthy, strong and thriving (just like your children!) And just like raising children, none of those come by default. Any questions?
